We are currently seeking new board members to serve a 3 year term with Cheboygan County Habitat. Typically our Board of Directors meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for roughly 2 hours. One very important aspect of being a board member is the presence of Board members at all our events and in the community is extremely important. We ask that whenever possible you make it a priority to participate in all ground breaking & dedications, act as an ambassador for the affiliate in the community within other organizations, at social events, within Chambers of Commerce, etc., and volunteer as a participant in program services to improve your knowledge base, such as bringing a meal, being on a build site, at the Hard Hats and Hope dinner, and at the ReStore.
